In general
- The contract is concluded as soon as the room is booked and confirmed in oral or in written form, or is provided, if a confirmation is not possible becaause of time considerations.
- A free reversal of the booked room(s) is possible within 4 weeks prior to arrival. Thereafter cancellation expenses for non-utilization can be charged (80 % of the room charge), unless a retrieval is not possible. This is also valid for delayed arrival or early departure. In relation to this we suggest a travel/withdrawel insurance.
- The hotelier in good faith rents out the hotel room otherwise, according to possibility, if it is not occupied.
- Arrival and departure: The reserved rooms will be at your disposal from 3 p.m. at the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Suggestion for dog owners: we ask for reservation in good time, because we only have a limited number of rooms allowing pets at your disposal. We charge 5 € per day for pets.
- You can settle your invoice by cash or with EC-Card (personal identification number). We accept all conventional credit cards.
- All rooms are provided with a bathroom or shower/WC, TV, partly automatically dialed telephone, safe, hair dryer and make-up mirror.
- Our arrangement only count for a limited number of rooms.

- Changes and mistakes reserved.
- Please take into account that our facility can only provide a limited number of parking places.
- The current price list is valid from 16.10.2006 until the issuing of a new one.
Events
- A la carte service is not possible, but a menu ordered in advance.
- Additional services like music or certain flower decoration etc. will be invoiced separately
- Events that outrun midnight will be invoiced with a general nighttime surchase of 70 € per started hour for our employees. Musicians- and artist salaries are solely negotiated between organizer and the identified person.
- Technical equipment, such as flipcharts, overhead projectors and screens are included in the meeting room flat rate.
- Our prices are final prices that include the statutorily value-added tax and the service
- Our bills have to be paid cash or with EC-cash the day of the event itself. A credit bill is only possible if negotiated in advance. For bigger events we reserve the right to ask for an advanced payment of up to 50% of the fee.
- If the principal is not concurrently the organizer, the principal is still responsible as the joint debtor.
- The cancellation period amounts to 4 weeks mutually. After that time limit we charge 50% of the amount posted.
- The rooms will be provided for you from 3 p.m. at your day of arrival until 11 a.m. on your day of departure.
- Additions, changes or side agreements of any kind require our explicitly noted and recorded reassurance.
- Particular regulations of this general conditions of business that are ineffective or invalid will not effect the efficiency of the remaining regulations. Apart from that the legal provisions count.
Place of performance and court of jurisdiction is Flensburg.
The German law is valid.
